Breast Lift surgery can reshape and rejuvenate your breasts with Bethesda Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Roger J. Oldham

When Dr. Roger J. Oldham first began practicing plastic surgery, more than 25 years ago, he set out to practice with very specific goals and high standards for himself and his quality of patient care.  And, for 25 years, Dr. Oldham has realized these goals through well-performed procedures like rhinoplasty, neck lift, facelift, and abdominoplasty, among many others.  Many of Dr. Oldham’s patients, for example, seek his experience performing breast surgery:  Breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, combined breast lift and augmentation, and breast augmentation.  Each of these procedures is designed to treat specific aesthetic desires. Breast lift surgery, for example, can remove excess, sagging skin and lift the breasts in order to make them look rejuvenated through a fuller, firmer shape.

With breast lift surgery, Dr. Oldham makes an incision around the areola, down the breast, vertically and along the underside of the breast.  Sometimes this incision is referred to as a “keyhole” incision because of the shape it makes; it is highly utilized because incisions around the areola and down/under the breast tend to heal favorably with minimized scarring.  Breast lift surgery is sought by women with a wide range of ptosis, or sagging, including minor, moderate, or severe ptosis, each of which require varying degrees of reshaping.  To see some examples of this variance, view these pictures of patients before and after breast lift surgery with Dr. Oldham.

Selecting your plastic surgeon is a very important decision and a good evaluation can usually be determined after the initial consultation.  Dr. Oldham’s ensures his patients’ satisfaction with procedure results as best he can; this is all part of his commitment to excellent patient care. Please contact our office if you’d like to meet with Dr. Oldham to discuss the breast lift procedure.
